Various classes and packages guarantees we have something for everyone!

We offer personal training:  $30  for members      Non members $40  for one hour sessions!!!  Please gives a call or email to set up times with our personal trainer! 

All of our classes are open to all women!  You can pay per class ($15 for Drop-In, $25 for Poles 1) or these classes can  be purchased in bundles for extra savings!

Pole Punch Card – $110

                      5 Poles Level 1 classes for $110. $22.00 per class.

Pole Punch Card – $150

                      5 Poles Level 2 through 5 classes. $30.00 per class.

Drop-In Punch Card – $50

                     4 Drop-In classes for $50 or $12.50 per class!

Drop-In Punch Card – $120

                    10 Drop-In classes for $120! $12.00 per class!

Gym Only Membership – $25 per month

                     Use our state of the art Cardio Room equipped with several treadmills, elipticals, free weights and a life fitness machine

1 Month Limited Membership – $99 per month

                        All the drop-in classes you can handle, and access to the cardio and private pole practice room! With all the classes available you pay as little as $2.50 a class!

3 Month Limited Membership – $160 per month ON SALE ONLY $99 per month

                       Unlimited drop-in and pole classes plus access to the cardio and private pole practice room!  With over 50 different classes offered every month you are paying less than $3.00 per class!

1 Year Unlimited Membership* – $99 per month

                     Unlimited drop-in classes, pole classes, access to cardio and private pole practice room, Routine of the Month, $100 off all Series classes, and 10% off Boutique purchases. With over 60 classes offered every month you only pay $1.50 per class!
