***ATTENTION LADIES***
On Thanksgiving morning we will be having a great 1 ½ hour combo class taught by “Honey” at 8-9:30 am. It will be a combo of Muscles, Sweat Appeal, & Booty Belly Blast. Bring your sneakers.The class is free to members & $20 for non-members. So after you put your turkey in the oven come in and get a great work out so you don’t have to feel guilty about eating a big meal later that day! There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk.
Well, Rio and David finally did it, they were married on Saturday, October 4, 2008 in a beautiful sunset ceremony. As only Rio can do, the wedding was a whole weekend event. We will be posting more pictures, but as you can see neither of them were having the pre-wedding jitters on Friday.
