Our Policies and No Show Fees
Pole Policies: You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel a pole class. If you do not give 48 hours notice, or if you NO SHOW to a pole class you will be billed a $25.00 fee.
If you sign up for a class please be responsible for your class. If you aren’t sure you will be able to make it, feel free to call in the day of to see if there is space.
No Show Fees are as follows:
Non-members, 3 Month and One Year Members – No Show Fees are as follows:
• All “leveled” Pole Classes: $25.00
• Pole Control, Pole Polish, Pole Seduction, On Pointe Poles: $15.00
Punch Card Holders (Groupon and others)
• If you no show a class – your card will be punched for the class you missed.
Ladies, we work VERY hard to make sure we have enough classes to accommodate everyone, a variety of classes to please everyone and policies in effect to be fair to everyone!
Due to popular demand we will be limiting our Routine of the Month classes to only 20 girls, so please RSVP as soon as possible. Members are free. You must give 5 days notice to cancel any Routine of the Month. If you do not give 5 days or you NO SHOW, you will be charged a $40.00 fee.
As a courtesy to your fellow “Hot Girls” if you appear to be intoxicated in or before class we will ask you to sit out of class, and we will call you a cab. Please understand our concern & know that we love you!
You must give 72 hours notice to get a refund for any series classes (all refunds are issued in the form of a check & take 4-6 weeks to process). If you do not give 72 hours notice but still need to cancel ,you will be given a credit to use in the studio for classes or the boutique.
