Your response to our recent ads has given us a tremendous influx of students! For this, we can not thank you enough! That said, we are adding classes to accomodate everyone and remember these coupons don’t expire for a long time, you will get into classes, we just ask that you be patient.

Cloud 9, as taught by Amber at Studio Rio, is the combination of yoga, dance and suspension training using aerial silk . We have several class formats to choose from:
Series Classes: From beginner to expert-level advanced, these multi-week series classes will give you a taste of everything Studio Rio has to offer – dance, poles, chairs, choreography – you get it all! Must move in succession from beginner series to advanced classes.
Drop-In Cardio & Weight Classes: One-hour, cardio based exercise and dance classes to bring out the sexy in you! Open to all students.
Pole Classes: Learn everything from the most basic moves to inversions, spins and handstands on the pole! Must move through poles classes in order from 1 to 5.
Routine of the Month: A two-hour class where you will learn a sexy, choreographed dance routine. Open to all students.

Intro Series
$175 for non-members, $135 for 3 Month members, $75 for 1 Year Members
We want to welcome students to Studio Rio! This 4 week series gives you a taste of what we do at Studio Rio. You’ll learn standing moves, floor moves, chair technique and pole instruction. Everything is choreographed bare foot, but if you’d like to bring heels, please do! You will learn a great routine at the end of this wonderful series!!!!

I Feel Pretty Series
$175 for non-members, $135.00 for 3 Month members, $75 for 1 Year members
Ready for more? Following Intro Series, try the “I Feel Pretty” Series! In five weeks we get to know you a little more and what is more important is you getting to know yourself even better! With Rio and Nina helping you every step of the way you will learn how to use the stage, including; more in depth poles AND railing!!! We want you in heels for this one and we will teach you how! You will also learn an entire choreographed routine…..ON STAGE…..this one is all for you!!!
I Feel Rocking Series
$175 for non-members, $135 for 3 Month Members, $75 for 1 Year Members
You’ve got the moves, you’ve conquered the stage NOW you’ll have the opportunity to tweak all your moves and make them flow….with more tricks we’ll smooth out you’re transitions and perfect your skills! You will also learn in new routine!
AX Series – The Advanced Encore Series
$195 for non-members, $95 for members
It is time to work on your choreography and skills. This class will teach it to you with a great new routine.
AXX Series – The Advanced Skills Series
$195 for non-members, $95 for members
Want to learn how to do the “Fallen Angel” or a handstand to the pole? Get ready for the skills series that will teach you how to put everything that you have learned so far with a few new extras into a packed routine—runway and all!
Advanced Skillz Series
$195 for non-members, $95 for members
This 5 week series focuses on perfecting railing, poles, stage, and floors skills preparing you for AXXX. You must have completed Advanced series to take this class (must RSVP).
Pole Beginner Series
$175 for non-members, $125 for members
Have you taken B and I series? Ready to focus on Poles? This series has been developed to perfect your pole moves and teach you a routine! Must RSVP.
Blue Jeans or Bust©
$25 per class
A fun way to get back into those jeans after a summer or sundresses, Meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two hours and blends dancing with weights. So much fun you’ll forget you are working out. Attire: Tennis Shoes, yoga pants or shorts and t-shirt or tank top.
Drop-In Cardio & Weight Classes
Our one-hour, cardio-based dance & exercise classes.
$15 per class for non-members or purchase a punch card – $120 for 10 classes or $50 for 4 classes

Get Up & GoGo
An hour of real “Go-Go” aerobic moves. Let us show you how sexy “sweating” can be! Make yourself even “hotter” by wearing heels. Attire: heels, skirt, skort or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Balls to the Wall
A sexy strength training workout using balance balls with dance moves. Attire: bare feet, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Ho Down
When you feel the need to shake that “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” grab your Daisy Dukes and Cowboy Boots and let Studio Rio put some country in you Go-Go! 100% Prime rump roast! Attire: Cowboy boots, shorts or skirt, tshirt or tank top.
The Hot Seat
This action packed class teaches you how to exercise using a chair and ends in a chair routine. Attire: heels or boots, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Floorplay
This is a slow grooving class of all floor moves. Come learn how to slither like the pros! Attire: Bare feet, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Strip Hop
Hip hop moves made sexy and broken down so even the beginner can learn! Attire: Tennis shoes, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Sweat Appeal
Move over Justin…We’re bringing sweaty back! This high paced, high energy aerobic class is guaranteed to raise your temperature! Attire: tennis shoes, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Hot Legs
We all want Nina’s legs, this is how she got them! Attire: Heels, skirt, shorts or skort, t-shirt or tank top.
Hippy Chix
Belly dancing stripper style! Meadow teaches you how to move your hips and belly for a great core workout! Attire: Tennis shoes, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Muscles Please
This workout led by a personal trainer is a combination of weights and exercise balls. Attire: Tennis shoes, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Pump & Grind
If you like Sweat Appeal and Muscles Please then you’ll love this combo class. Attire: Tennis shoes, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Chix & Salsa
A cardio based class filled with sexy Latin dance moves! Attire: Heels, a fun flirty skirt or skort, t-shirt or tank top.
Kick It Up
Studio Rio’s version of a cardio/kickboxing class with a little more Girl in it! Attire: Tennis shoes, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Belly Up to the Barre
A wonderful class that uses ballet barres with a focus on balance, stability, core and leg strength. No wonder ballerinas look so good! Attire: Bare feet, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Stripper Stretch
This is a 1/2 hour class that works on your flexibility. You’ll be able to do the splits in no time…FLAT!!! Attire: Socks, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Video Vamp
Taking dance moves from all your favorite music videos and making you feel like the star! Attire: Heels, shorts, skirt or skort, t-shirt or tank top.
Pole Classes
Poles Classes are divided into skill-level classes 1-5. Poles 1 is designed for beginners teaching basics spins and transitions, walks and holds. Each level is meant to challenge you just enough to keep you coming back for more. Take your time moving through each level, and remember, continue to practice movements from all levels as you progress. Give us a call to reserve your pole!!! Please refer to our “Policies” page for details about reservations and cancellations. Attire: heels or bare feet, shorts, skirt or yoga pants (that can be pulled up past knee), t-shirt or tank top.
Poles 1: Beginner
$25 per class
Very basic spins & combinations (fireman, pinwheel, GI Joe, chair, etc)
Poles 2: Advanced Beginner
$35 per class
Spins; climbs; more advanced combination moves; transitions. NO inverts (cradle, front & back hooks, chair variations, etc.) This class will develop upper body and core strength, as well as fluidity in movement.
Poles 3: Intermediate
$35 per class
Advanced spins & poses, basic inverts (backspin, crouch spin, candy cane, figurehead, etc.) climbing poses (layout, mermaid, fallen angel, etc.) *Requires more upper body and core strength for climb & hold moves and inverts. Must be able to climb to the top before attempting inverts.
Poles 4: Advanced
$35 per class
Basic & advanced inverted moves and poses (butterfly variations, fallen angel with pull up, Scorpio, Gemini, electric leg switch, helicopter, superman, etc.) advanced climb & hold moves; handstand variations. *Requires ability to climb to the top & hold with legs only; be comfortable holding an inverted position; be able to dismount pole while inverted; pull up from inversion using core muscles.
Poles 5: Advanced
$35 per class
Inverted spins and combinations; advanced variations of inverted moves & poses; inversions from the pole *Requires major core & upper body strength & flexibility. Should be able to do splits (or be very close to); invert into “V” without touching pole with legs (core strength)
Pole Control
$15
A one-hour strength training class using poles for stability. Attire: Bare feet, yoga pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top.
Pole Seduction
$15
A sexy hour long pole class focused on transitions and floor work. Attire: heels or bare feet, yoga pants, shorts and t-shirt or tank top.
Instructor approval is required to advance to Poles 3, 4 & 5 as all of these include inverted moves. Students should concentrate on perfecting all the moves at their current level and be able to perform them easily & gracefully before moving on. Wait until you can do beginner movements beautifully before pushing yourself to the next level. Continue to practice movements from all levels as you progress.
Starting with Poles 2, we will be encouraging you to put moves together on your own to create your own combinations & perform them with style. We’ll try to devote a song to this during each class so you can practice. This lets you get creative & gives you the chance to show off the moves that suit you best!
