Welcome to Studio Rio!!!! Tidewater’s “Unique” Women’s Fitness Center offering pole instruction, cardio/dance and fitness classes, personal training AND the best Bachelorette/Birthday/Girls Night Out parties!!! We strive to bring you the greatest classes, while giving you the most variety and keeping everything FUN!!! Now, while we will DEFINATELY work you out in all of our classes, what sets the Studio apart is the wonderful attitude and the sense of togetherness you’ll experience!!!! No matter what kind of day you are having, walking through the doors of the Studio is a breath of fresh air. You will be welcomed and immediately feel at ease as our staff introduces you to various classes!
Let Studio Rio bring out the SEXY in YOU with our hot workouts! Actually the “Stripper Workout” is not really about stripping. What we’re really all about is how to be sexy – how to move, look, and most of all FEEL sexy! These classes will not only reshape your body, but will change the way that you look at yourself! Every woman is BEAUTIFUL regardless of age, weight, size, or shape.
Our classes provide a totally supportive, non-competitive, and BEST of all non-judgmental atmosphere where you will find yourself quickly shedding your inhibitions and developing confidence. In addition to the physical benefits, you will probably find some amazing emotional benefits as well. The closeness and feelings of Girl-Power that develop among students provide a tremendous psychological boost, and the bonding that takes place among our women is incredible.
Studio Rio offers POLE dancing and over 35 drop-in classes including CHAIR, FLOOR, and STAGE!!! Our 6000 square foot facility has a fully equipped Cardio/weight room with a number of personal trainers to help you get in the best shape of your life, all INCLUDED in our membership packages. We are owned and operated by former dancers who have the talent and finesse to make you feel BEAUTIFUL and CONFIDENT as you focus on STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY. Studio Rio has been teaching women this wonderful workout for over 6 years now. We were the first of its kind on the east coast and all of our classes are ORIGINAL and UNIQUE to Studio Rio. Don’t be fooled by imitators, although we’re flattered nobody can come close to what we do because we are THE ORIGINATORS. We’ve been around this long because we CARE the most and do it the BEST!!
